What you choose to save

An account stores your verified email address, optional profile details, saved jobs and the application records you enter. These are private to your account and are not published in job search or shared with employers.

Secure sign-in

Sign-in links are single use and expire after 15 minutes. We store keyed digests of sign-in and session tokens. Secure cookies keep you signed in, with a maximum 30-day session and a shorter seven-day inactivity limit. Hashed request counters limit abuse; they are not used for advertising.

Access and deletion

You can update your profile, remove saved jobs or tracker entries, download an account export, sign out all devices, and delete your account in account settings. A recent sign-in is required for sensitive actions. Expiring security records may remain briefly for abuse prevention and recovery. Applicable provider backups expire under their retention policies.

Email and local drafts

The email address is used for the transactional sign-in messages you request. This account does not enrol you in job alerts or marketing. CV Studio and Interview Practice drafts on your device are separate and are not automatically uploaded to your account.
