Your job search is personal. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use ManyJobs.

Searching and applying
You can browse without an account. ManyJobs does not collect applications or ask you to upload a CV. Applying takes you to an employer or recruitment provider. Their privacy policy applies on that website. Search filters can appear in the page URL; avoid entering private information into search boxes or sharing a URL containing it.
Saved jobs and CV builder
Saved job identifiers are kept in your browser’s local storage. CV fields are processed in your browser to make the preview and PDF; the builder does not send CV text to our server. Downloading the PDF requests a font file, not your CV details. CV drafts are not saved by default. If you choose “Save this draft on this device”, your CV details are stored in that browser until you clear them. This is unsuitable for a shared device. Turning the option off removes the saved draft. “Clear CV” clears the fields and saved draft. Downloaded files and any copies you share remain under your control.
Website hosting
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Requests necessarily include technical information such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information. Cloudflare may process request and security data to operate its services. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not currently run visitor analytics, advertising scripts or cross-site tracking on ManyJobs.
When you contact us
Email is optional. If you contact us, we receive your email address, the message and any information you choose to include, and use it to answer or investigate your enquiry. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages to our Gmail inbox, so Cloudflare and Google process the email. We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry and related record keeping. Do not send passports, banking details or unnecessary application documents.
Advertising
Google ads are not currently active. If we introduce advertising, we will update this policy to explain the providers, data use, cookies and available choices before the advertising starts. A future advertising service may require a consent message in some regions.
Your choices and questions
You can remove local storage in your browser, remove individual saved jobs, or clear a CV draft in the builder. For access to or correction of personal information held in contact correspondence, or a privacy concern, email hello@manyjobs.co.nz. We may need enough information to verify and locate the request.
