How jobs are listed

We bring selected public employer recruitment feeds into one searchable view and link you back to apply.

Current coverage

Imported sources include Foodstuffs North Island retail and corporate roles, Mitre 10, recent Kmart opportunities and The Warehouse Group, including The Warehouse, Noel Leeming and Warehouse Stationery. We show New Zealand roles from these sources. Some feeds include only a limited set of recent jobs. Additional career buttons, including Bunnings, Woolworths, McDonald’s and BurgerFuel, link to employer career websites; they do not mean those employers’ vacancies are imported.

Updates and expired jobs

The site requests current source data and may cache a successful response for up to 15 minutes. Jobs with a recognised closing date in the past are hidden using New Zealand dates. Removed source entries disappear after the cached results refresh. Sources can leave adverts online after recruitment has ended, and not all adverts provide a closing date. Always confirm the original listing before applying.

What filters mean

Employer, location and job type come from available source metadata. Store brands are assigned when identifiable; ambiguous Foodstuffs retail listings can appear under a broader category. Job type or pay may be unstated. ManyJobs does not infer visa sponsorship, work eligibility or employer accreditation from a listing.

When a feed fails

Other available sources can still appear. A temporary source problem may mean fewer results, so an empty search does not prove there are no vacancies. Try broader filters or visit the employer’s own site. We do not replace missing jobs with invented vacancies.

Corrections and content requests

Use report@manyjobs.co.nz for stale or incorrect listings. Employers and rights holders can use employers@manyjobs.co.nz for source, reuse or removal enquiries.

Individual job pages

Job detail pages and employer pages use the same current feeds as search results. We do not keep a permanent archive of adverts. Jobs removed from a successful feed refresh or with a recognised past closing date disappear from listings and the sitemap. An old link shows an availability message without the old advert or an application button. A temporary source failure is shown as unavailable, rather than being treated as proof that a job has closed.
