Employer and agency advertising terms
These terms explain the employer and recruitment agency advertising service. Read them with the general terms, privacy policy and the plan details shown before purchase.

Accounts, authority and verification
Use an account only for a business you are authorised to represent. Keep legal, trading and contact details accurate and control team access. Owners, account administrators, recruiters/editors, billing managers and viewers have different permissions. Invitations must be shared securely with the intended colleague. Recruitment agencies must identify the hiring company and provide authority to represent each client; agency verification does not automatically verify a client or workplace.
Business verification, advert approval, payment and publication are separate checks. Verification is a review of supplied business or authority information; it is not professional accreditation, immigration approval, endorsement or a recruitment guarantee. Registration does not itself grant permission to publish. Existing imported listings are separate from a paid advertising account.
Prices, subscriptions and GST
Current Employer and Agency offers and their New Zealand dollar prices are shown on For employers and in the workspace before checkout. ManyJobs is not GST registered, so no GST is charged. Monthly subscriptions renew and charge automatically each billing period until cancelled. The single-ad purchase is one-off and does not create a recurring subscription. Review the selected plan, allowance, recruiter seats, applicable account limits, currency and total before continuing to Stripe-hosted Checkout.
Monthly allowances and single-ad purchases
One posting credit publishes one approved advert. Drafting or a rejected advert consumes no posting credit. Finite monthly allowances belong to their paid billing period: unused monthly credits expire at the period end and do not roll over. The unlimited plan has no monthly advert-count cap; identity, authority, moderation, paid-period and account-role requirements still apply, and each publication is recorded.
A single-ad purchase provides one publication without automatic renewal. It is separate from the monthly allowance and is not subject to the monthly credit-expiry rule. Credits are advertising allowances, not money or a cash balance. Recruiter-seat limits include active owners, account administrators and recruiters/editors. Billing-only and viewer permissions remain separate. Any active-advert and seat limits shown for the selected plan are enforced by the service.
Review, publication and the advertising period
Prepare an accurate NZ vacancy, a genuine hiring company, clear duties and conditions, and a secure external application destination. Do not publish fraudulent, discriminatory or unauthorised material or private candidate information. ManyJobs may request changes, reject or suspend adverts or accounts for accuracy, authority or safety concerns. Payment never guarantees approval or gives an advert priority over required checks.
Only the approved current advert revision can publish with a verified owning business, required client authority and an eligible paid allowance. The advertising period starts when publication succeeds, not when a draft is created or a plan is bought. A publication runs for up to 30 New Zealand calendar days, including daylight-saving rules. Its application closing date, early closure, suspension or loss of eligibility can end public availability sooner. The application closing date and purchased run end are separate.
Changes to the hiring company, duties, salary, application destination, location or other material conditions require another review and can remove public availability. Resuming the remaining approved portion of an existing paid run does not extend its original dates or charge another credit. Renewing an advert starts another run and consumes another credit, or another recorded use of the unlimited subscription. Closing an advert does not automatically restore a credit.
Cancellation, plan changes and payment problems
Use the available billing controls in the employer workspace or Stripe Customer Portal to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; it does not automatically refund the current period. An already purchased and published run can finish its existing run after subscription cancellation, subject to its closing date, moderation and other publication requirements. Unused finite monthly credits still expire at the billing-period boundary.
Supported plan changes take effect next billing period, without an immediate allowance refill or proration. An existing cancellation or scheduled change may need support review. A payment failure or ineligible subscription can prevent new publication or renewal. A checkout return page, payment attempt or unconfirmed session does not itself grant posting rights. Do not pay again to resolve an uncertain payment; check the workspace and contact support with the purchase reference.
Billing concerns, credit returns and refunds
Contact employers@manyjobs.co.nz for a suspected duplicate or incorrect charge, missing allowance, service problem or refund request. Include the business name and relevant invoice, checkout or advert reference. Do not send full card details, passwords or sign-in codes. We review the request and relevant payment and service records; this page does not promise an automatic refund or exclude any legal refund or other remedy.
An administrator’s advert-credit return stops the relevant run and records an eligible allowance adjustment; it is not a monetary refund. Monetary refunds are handled separately through Stripe. A confirmed payment refund can revoke unused credits associated with that payment. Do not assume closing a job, deleting browser data or sending a support message cancels a subscription or reverses a payment. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Public presentation, applications and reporting
Published listings identify the hiring business and the posting agency where applicable. ManyJobs Originals means the advert was posted directly on ManyJobs, not that it is exclusive. Paid advertising does not buy an endorsement, a particular search position, an applicant, a hire or a guaranteed recruitment outcome.
Applications use the employer or ATS link you supply. ManyJobs does not receive candidate CVs, manage a candidate pipeline or make hiring decisions. Reports show advert views and external Apply-link clicks, which can include repeat or automated traffic. They are not unique people or completed applications. Workspace notifications and manually shared invitation links are not an automated email-notification service.
Records and support
Closing an advert or cancelling billing does not erase account, publication, financial or audit records. Access, correction and applicable deletion requests are explained in the privacy policy. ManyJobs contact channels and listing-report options are on the contact page. We do not promise a fixed support or review turnaround time.
